Submitting a job through the website is a request for a quote. A sale is not agreed until you accept the quote we send. We reserve the right to decline jobs that cannot be printed to a suitable quality, or that are illegal.
You confirm you have the right to the files you send and that they don't infringe anyone's copyright or rights. We will not publish your files or produce them for anyone else.
3D-printed parts may show layer lines or print marks, and have natural dimensional tolerances from the material and machine. If your part needs specific tolerances, please say so in the job details.
Pay as described in the quote. You can cancel before printing starts; after that, cancellation or refunds are agreed with us case by case.
