Preparing your file

A well-prepared file means a faster quote and a better result.

  • Supported files
    STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, AMF — you can also attach reference images (JPG/PNG/WebP) or a PDF drawing.
  • File size
    Up to 30 MB in total per submission (max 5 files) — for larger files, contact us to send them another way.
  • Units & size
    If your file isn't in millimetres, give the real size of the part in the notes.
  • Tell us the use
    For example heat-resistant, flexible, or just a display model — we'll recommend a suitable material.
